Shipping

When you place an order with us, we want you to receive your scented candles and room sprays as quickly as possible. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to get your products to you in no time.

Our dedicated team works diligently to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily keep an eye on your package's journey to your doorstep.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders under $150, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied. Please note that shipping fees may vary for international orders.

At AromaItsInTheAir, we understand that accidents happen. If your package arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AromaItsInTheAir. If for any reason you are not happy with your scented candles or room sprays, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. If any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at Aroma.ItsInTheAir@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded

You may return your unused product within 3 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

  • Within 3 days of receiving your order, please send an email to Aroma.ItsInTheAir@gmail.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
  • Once request is reviewed we will provide a return address. 
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.
  • Please be sure to use bubble wrap to protect products from damage during transit.  Ensure candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
